Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters
The French government has bestowed the prestigious award of Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres (Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters) on AA Bronson.
The award is in recognition of the important contribution to culture made by AA Bronson, both as part of General Idea, and as an independent artist.
Frédéric Mitterand presented AA Bronson with the Chevalier des Arts et Lettres at the residence of the Canadian Ambassador to France on the evening of Thursday, February 10, 2011.
